I've unfortunately had to cancel my holiday but Lucy did all the ringing around for me and found me another holiday for next year which seems a lot better than the one I originally booked. Lucy took all the stress away she is very professional and I will highly recommend her.

I had a holiday booked with Lucy Cole at Not Just Travel for our Honeymoon.

We unfortunately had to cancel our holiday as we postponed our wedding, Lucy has been very helpful trying to get us the refund even though it took longer than expected Lucy kept me informed throughout. I would have made a complaint as refund took over 3 months but because of Lucy and her amazing customer service I let it go.
